There's a huge range of channels available through PC based satellite TV - over 3,000 are available from the better service providers. In fact you will find that you'll have access to the same amount of channels as you would with a traditional satellite TV service.

The great news is, you most likely won't need to invest in any extra hardware for your PC. Nothing more than the hardware that comes with your standard PC these days is required to access free TV for your PC.

All you will need is to install the free TV for PC software on your computer. Some websites offer this software for free (and make their money from ads on their sites instead), but from personal experience I would stay away from the free software versions. The free versions have very limited channel selection and are really a waste of time. For less than $50 you can get set up with software that offers you over 3,000 channels!

You can also watch full length movies, even sporting events. You will get a directory of channels with what is on just like a regular TV guide. You can even set up reminders to your email account so you don't forget to watch a show that you are interested in.

Free TV for PCs also offers the ultimate in convenience when you're travelling or away from home. If you have a laptop, just install the software on it and as long as you have an internet connection you'll be able to watch satellite TV wherever you go.

It is easier than ever before to take the technology behind satellite TV and put in onto your PC. Many individuals have even done away with their expensive monthly cable bill. Instead they watch free TV for pc and get the same benefits as everyone else without paying a monthly subscription.

It's very convenient to be able to access TV viewing this way. Once you get set up, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner!
