1) Use a web proxy service to access the blocked websites. There are many different services out there, but the site I have found that works the best is http://www.blockstop.net.

2) Use Google cached to access a cached version of a website or proxy

3) Change the prefix of the site name ? (use http://home.myspace.com instead of http://www.myspace.com).

4) Use a language translation service. This works best when you select to translate a site from any language into English (if you speak English). My language translation tool of choice is http://www.google.com/translate.
