Life is not only something you can control, it's something you are controlling, every day. And of course, I know that there are moments or elements in life in when you are out of control, but I believe, without question, we have the chart to influence our lives.
If you want to become the captain of your ship again in stead of the passenger, here are my four affirmations who are continually rotating and coming back again and again.
1. You cannot escape from a prison unless you know you are in one. Negative emotions are a prison. You are the only one that has the key to unlock the door.
2. Knowledge is power but alone is not enough. It must be supplemented with deep understanding and practical application. Positive thoughts only have the power to change your life when they're fueled by positive emotions. Your heart has to truly believe that you can form your own destiny, and you must actively create and turn up the volume on positive feelings in order to achieve the life of your dreams and then take massive action.
3. It only takes a little bit of poison to kill. Never underestimate the destructive power of negative emotions. Remember that the antidote to the poison of negativity is positive emotions.
4. To have it all, you have to be willing to give it all up. If you feel deserving of it, you can create it; and if you created it once, you can do so again using the power of your positive emotions. There's no need to become attached to situations. No matter what changes in your life, the universe will respond to the call of your positive emotions and bring you what you need and desire... in its own time and in its own way.
What became very clear to me through these affirmations is that feelings are extremely powerful and completely shape our lives and our destinies. The better we're able to recognize our feelings, learn from them, and manage them, the easier it is to live out our purpose and find lasting hapiness.
Success isn't luck or chance or timing, it's a conscious choice. If you truly want to succeed in any business or relationship, keep in mind the above statements.
Most people are complacent - they neither nurture any dream nor let others achieve a milestone. Beware of such dream killers, dream snatchers and dream stealers. Their advice is full of their self defeating experiences; they will suggest to you hundreds of reasons not to control your destiny. They will forbid you ? not to try or else you may get burnt.
?All around my life, Folks and friends extend advice They spurn my plans and name them schemes Though wise and safe, but without means
Throughout my life, I listened And let them steal my dreams Fear of failure meant never try So, in the end I'd never fly
But they are simple folks And assume the world as it seems But now, no longer will I allow These folks to steal my dreams!?
How can one guard one's dream? By self control and self motivation! By cherishing our dream?
Remember, all successful people had dreamt about their target and then persistently tried to achieve the goal. So you should also have a clear cut idea about your life's target? and nurture it, even in difficult conditions.
There is no free lunch in the world, when you achieve something you also lose something, but the parameter of success is your ?soul satisfaction?. If you fill satisfied after accomplishing your dream, don't get mired in what other people say.
Most people have lost the art of dreaming. The thrill and excitement of fulfilling our dreams while we are wide awake. ?The dream? that pushes us forward every new day and energizes us with self motivation to pursue the goal. Malcolm S. Forbes? famous quote should be very near to our heart ? ?When you cease to dream you cease to live.?
In fact, whenever you dream, you create something in your life. You are thinking about your contribution and the unique changes that can be made. You have a disciplined life with active participation to prove yourself worthy as well as bring new ideas or invention.
You are totally engaged and alive. When you stop dreaming, you are alive but without soul, just like a flower without fragrance.
So never stop your dream? Dream bigger all the time!
Remember, there is never final destination of your dream. Goals are just a means to accomplish your dreams. The moment you reach your goal, elevate your dreams to higher level. Don't reduce your dreams for the sake of others or due to lurking dangers ahead. Just keep alive the burning desire, maintain your self-motivation and willpower. Trust and believe this and you will always come out a winner!
