His name is Jay  The cool guy with a pony tail  And he's on his way  To the stage and as his band plays  The songs that can make them laugh  But sometimes it makes him sad    His name is Jay  And sometimes he walks away  To things that he knows is the right way  He wants to live a life without compromising  And start to live a day with the sun shining    Be still…  Jay I just don't know what to say  I just want to hold you  You're my friend and I am here to stay    Now he's on his way  To look for someone to call his own  Why not look to the one  Who can fill your soul?   End up asking where to go…    Be still…  Jay I just don't know what to say  I just want to hold you  You're my friend and I am here to stay    And as the sun shines on your face  Deep inside your soul  The light starts to glow  You'll be a hero… you know  And that is what he wants you to be  It's a new day for you Jay!   It's a new day… a new day...   For you... Jay
