Was it the drugs?   Or was it lack of love?   Couldn't have been me   Must have been the guy be fore me   What made her act this way   And turn around and say   The things she said   About wanting to be dead   Im asking you because   You knew her back when      Chorus:   She used to be so great   But now she scares me with   the way she walks and the way she talks   Was she her parents mistake   Or is anybody really to blame   I'm asking you because   you knew her back when      Chorus      Was it the drugs?      Chorus      Was it the drugs?
