we have some years    to look inside ourselves and see our deepest fears   but what's the point if all we do is end in tears?   maybe life's lesson is learned better when its clear   that your most treasured love could some day disappear      it's the mere idea of losing you that would prevent that wound to heal    so in regards of life i'll continue to shield what    remains inside my heart   a love thats truly real   it won't waste away    instead i'll treat the trees and hills    with love and decency    in hopes that you are there   reborn and living free of human pain and human fear   to think of such sweet things    is enough for me to feel free myself
