Tex said, "The cancer healed the breach."      But it wasn't enough to save that little peach      Heart muscle torn, he's bee unborn      No interests swirling 'round him      Two letters done, his companion      He lies smoking in his garden         Roland needed his eye medicine      The nurse made a mistake and she poured the wrong shit in      His second year those inflated tears like rain on an opaque window      Corneas scarred he plays in the yard      Searching for those bright moments         My caste like an enzyme in my blood      Taking years off my life, pulling a funeral hood      Face is half gone, cancer sores drawn      A curtain of his infection      Calcified fate, he found a loose grate      Deep in the dark protection
