Why must we always find someone to blame   Why must there be someone in the wrong games   With the wrong names   Step outside the world your in   Into someone elses shoes   And you might begin to understand   What it's really like to lose   Everything you once stood for   To see it all float out that door   It's one thing to lie on behalf of a nation   Send troops off to war with the obligation   To kill, so many innocent   And i'm left to wonder how can violence ever work   How and by what means are the lessons learnt   I ask why?   I ask why?      Don't you think it's strange?   Our world leader claim that they're humain   And moments later they're organising invasions   I think it's clear for us to say   They're not after peace at the end of the day   While the media tells another story   I think John Howards just after glory   By showing he can destroy   I'm asking the masses come out of the shadows   Lets stand up as one, there's no need to feel sorrow   Anymore   I ask why?   i ask why?
