A hosting internet program is a great opportunity for a multitude of web sites activated by the same physical server. Any user looking for hosting personal space does not need to buy a personal server that is very expensive. After having this service installed the work environment will become user-friendly. This is the most popular hosting method for personal sites used by talented and highly qualified teams that are well-aware that their success depends on their customers’ success.

If hosting personal space is what users need, they have to know that the servers they are looking for are connected to the internet via multiple redundant connections. This hosting internet program means higher upload and access speed and affordable report quality – price, apart from the technical platform that is redundant and a reliable band width. Maybe these technical features concerning hosting personal space are not very clear for those who do not have any knowledge in the area, but they can be simply resumed to speed and stability, quality and proficiency.

To continue with, IT companies that want to provide hosting personal services on the Microsoft platform must sign a specific agreement for service providers, SPLA (SPLA - Service Provider License Agreement). SPLA allows IT companies to provide applications to their customers using Microsoft software. Thus subscribers can access any numbers of servers, hosting internet program server suppliers can scale out installing as many servers as they need.

When the software product is licensed Per Processor, an unlimited number of users can work with the software that will run on as many processors as purchased CPU licenses. The benefits of this hosting internet program licensing way are:

-CPU licenses can be more easily managed and monitored; that decreases the administrative costs of the service provider

-CPU licenses replace Internet Connector ones, excluding the necessity to make difference between the internet, intranet and extranet users

-CPU licenses are economical in a variety of business scenarios where the software use can vary

Furthermore, hosting personal space is very important for anybody who wants to start a business online or only wants to share personal thoughts. First they must ponder the necessities of their site that means its name, information related to potential customers, they have to decide whether their site is static (only HTML) or dynamic (they need programming languages like PHP, ASP, Perl, ... and data bases *SQL). In addition, email needs are also essential (how many email boxes they need, how much space is necessary for each mail box, etc.), and the size of the space needed for their site must be well-known.

Before choosing web hosting services users must check if they can provide the services they need, if they are clearly described, if they have different and well-defined contact possibilities, if they have service level agreements available. These agreements should let users know that the hosting service is willing to offer them the quality corresponding to the money they have to pay. Last but not least the confidentiality policy related to customers’ personal data must be checked too.
