That is because they have charisma, and that makes people want to follow their lead and find out what makes them tick. People hope that your success will somehow rub off them.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if someone asks you who the best in your field is, toot your own horn. Say it, and believe it. Project that attitude of success. In fact, you'll figure out soon that even if you are already good at what you do, saying these words out loud and meaning them will actually make you better.

You can't help but want to get behind the person who has no equal and support them.
