Well, personally, I believed that most relationship can be saved. Of course, I am not saying that all relationship should be salvaged. Sometimes, it is indeed better to let go of a relationship and move on to a better one. If your ex is not doing anything, then it is up to you to take the necessary action. Without any one party doing anything, it is impossible to make any changes. And who knows, you ex may secretly wished to get back with you too and is trying to do something to save the relationship.
