I will share with you my personal experience with computer failure.

It was mid summer; my wedding was scheduled on the last weekend of August. I had everything prepared weeks earlier. Everything was working as planned.

I tried to contact other agencies, but since it was high season, no reservations were found, and my lovely honeymoon plans were ruined.

Of course the travel agency lost many of its clients after this accident. It was a misfortune for both of us, and since then I started searching for the best backup system I could find.
