They blush unexpectedly and for no visible reason. They simply can't explain why it crops up and lots of times it even crops up when the person is in an entirely different situation from any of those referred to above. For example, he or she may simply be chatting with an associate when, unexpectedly, the blush appears. The more higher the frequency, the more discouraged they become and the greater is the mental disturbance and suffering that they are subjected to.
People who do not suffer from the fear of blushing will be shocked to know that there is one important cause of blush too much and that is fear. Sufferers are dreadfully afraid of blushing and that, often, makes them blush even more. These persons find it very challenging to escape from this vicious circle.
When an individual gets to the excessive blushing phase, he or she is dreadfully afraid of turning red and attempts to halt it at all costs. This is both physically and mentally traumatic and can tire an individual out to the extent of exhaustion.
Regrettably, the more you endeavour to stop blushing, the more nervous you become and the more it takes place. The more it happens, the further you go towards the point of blush too much. It doesn't make a difference how intensely you endeavour to resist it, the fear of blushing will get you sooner or later and you will blush more regularly than before.
If you concentrate on your excessive blushing to endeavour to stop it, then indeed it will cause it, because you become fixated on it and permit it to have an affect on your life. You cannot help this because it is based on fear. But, as your blushes become more frequent, they will also become more intense.
Whether you believe it or not, it is the struggle of attempting to stop a blush when it crops up that makes it all the more intense than if you were to calm down. As the blush begins to move stealthily up your neck, your whole body begins to fight it. All your physical and mental strength is concentrated on it. This will aggravate the blush, rather than stop it, and ensures that your face ends up redder than before.
As this occurs more and more often, you will automatically endeavour to keep from blushing each and every time you feel it starting. It soon becomes a habit and this ensures that your blushing tendencies increase in occurrence and intensity, and will keep on doing so until you can hit upon something to help you control it.
