UNREAL FACTS WHAT PEOPLE BELIEVED>.....SADLY....
#1: THE LOW FAT LIE.
This MONSTER lie was spawned by the Low-Fat food industry and is a complete lie. In fact, if you eat low-fat foods, you will gain fat at extremely fast rates! We can teach you how to avoid this lie by using The Secret 2 Fat Loss. Fact: You cannot lose weight by eating low-fat foods.
#2: THE LOW CARB LIE.
If you have been one of the hundreds of thousands to fail on those "mainstream low-carb diets", you need to listen up. These diets put you through weight loss hell to get small results. Not to mention, these results are not stable. As soon as you go back to your normal eating habits, you will gain back all the weight you have lost!
#3: THE LOW CALORIE LIE.
Your calorie intake sets the tone for your metabolism speed. If you eat a low-calorie diet, your body will halt that amazing fat-burning potential you have inside of you. You will lose all ability to burn fat if you consume low calorie, highly processed foods. This is why you cannot afford to eat low-calorie foods in order to lose weight. You will be committing metabolism murder!
#4: THE MEAL PLAN LIE.
These commercialized meal plans are a total rip off. Basically, you agree to have heavily processed and packaged meals sent to your house for a low fee equaling YOUR MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT! Wake up! This food is not fresh, and this food is NOT specially designed to help you lose weight. It's basically a T.V. dinner being delivered to your doorstep -- only 5x more expensive!
#5: THE PILLS AND PATCHES LIE.
As worthless as these weight loss scams can be, you will never stop seeing an endless array of diet pills, patches, and the like being advertised on the internet. Diet pills will never work as well as FOOD because your body has an amazing untapped secret that only certain foods can activate. If you don't have this secret, you are destined to get fatter and fatter!
Exercise-Many people worry that by exercising they are actually building muscle and thus gaining weight. While that extra muscle may very well add weight, you'll also notice that your clothes fit looser as your body begins to change shape. Eventually, you'll experience a gradual weight loss as well.
Drink water-Did you know that drinking a 24 ounce bottle of ice cold water in the morning can jump start your metabolism? As your body works to raise the water temperature to become more compatible with your body temperature, you burn calories!
Water flushes out excess fat. Help your body get rid of that excess fat by drinking lots of water.
Water can suppress your appetite. Before you sit down to that big meal, drink a large glass or bottle of water, which will leave you feeling fuller, so hopefully you won't eat as much.
Eat to lose weight. That's right?eat. Eating five or six small meals versus eating only two or three meals each day can keep your metabolism boosted and help you loose weight.
Eat fiber. Fiber helps with your digestion, allowing your body to rid itself of excess weight as well.
Choose foods that are good for you. These include foods that are high in fiber and protein, such as whole grains and chicken or fish. Skip foods with processed flour and sugar.
Eat sensibly. Pay attention to portion control. Eat only until you are satisfied. Don't let oversized portions at fast food and sit-down restaurants overcome your good intentions.
Don't fall for the fads. Weight loss programs that promise you the moon may take the pounds off quickly, but how soon will those pounds come back around? Don't fall for fads. Remember: "Slow and steady wins the race."
Monitor your weight loss. Finally pay attention to your body. You should begin to feel better as the pounds disappear. If, however, you feel light-headed, lethargic, etc., then see your doctor and tell her what you have been doing to lose weight.
