Chapter 39 in the Noble Quran is AZ-ZUMAR (THE TROOPS); it is composed of 75 verses.

AZ-ZUMAR 39: 75
75) " And thou wilt see the angels surrounding the throne (divine) on all sides, singing glory and praise to their lord. The decision between them (at judgment) will be in (perfect) justice, and the cry (on all sides) will be, "praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds!" ".
The verse gives a fast sight about the final affair of the Day of Judgment that is composed of six events.
1) You will see the angels encircling all round the Throne, from its every side, glorifying
2) (What the angels do?) They praise their Lord, continuously saying ‘Glory, and praise, be to the Lord!’
3) Judgments will be made between the prophets and their nations and between all creatures, with truth and justice,
4) So that believers enter Paradise while the disbelievers enter the Fire,
5) The final establishing of both groups in their respective abodes is concluded with this angelic praise.
6) It will be said, ‘Praise be to the Lord of the Worlds!’, thanks and gratitude belong to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! the Master, the Mighty, the Knower'.
