As summer draws near and the weather gets warmer, a cool salad recipe becomes a welcome treat. The dinner recipe of beef salad with asparagus and broccoli is a healthy recipe no matter whether you are looking for a dinner recipe or a lunch recipe. The vegetables are blanched and cooled and then mixed with a light ginger dressing and the beef. There are plenty of free recipes available; all you need to do is browse through them and find the ones that are most suitable for you.
You can prepare the vegetables and dressing beforehand and chill it and combine it only when its time for the meal; hence it becomes an ideal dinner recipe or even a salad recipe you might want to take on a picnic. The most common source of free recipes used to be women's magazines and culinary columns in newspapers. The cookbooks recipes of course, you would pay for. Today with the internet technology, you find that there are hundreds of websites giving you free recipes and catering to your every need whether you are looking for chicken recipes, diabetic recipes or heart healthy recipes.
Another of my favorite free recipes is the roast beef recipe. It is the ideal dinner recipe for me. Just apply salt to the chunk of beef and poke some garlic pods into it after jabbing it in a few places. Apply some vinegar or lime juice and ginger garlic paste, add a little sugar, some pepper corns, a couple of cinnamon sticks, a few cloves and a little oil and pressure cook on simmer for about forty minutes (or lesser if your beef is tender) after the whistle.
A variation of the above dinner recipe would be frying a lot of chopped onion in just about as much oil as is required to fry it after which you add some diced tomatoes and you can eliminate the garlic pods altogether. The rest of the ingredients and procedure remains the same. This makes for a popular dish and I have yet to find someone who doesn't say something good about this free recipe.
The internet gives you the option to search for free recipes by categories and sometimes even by ingredients. You can also see the feedback left by other people who might have tried the recipe so you will get a fair idea about whether it is worth trying out or not. You can also leave your feedback and upload your recipe for others to try. Who knows you might even be voted chef of the week or something like that depending on the kind of incentives each site provides. If it's dinner recipes you are looking for you look under that category and browse through the chicken recipes, beef recipes and other recipes.
