Aura Viewing Exercise
Grojan Fabiola
The aura is an energy field that envelopes and surrounds our body, and as one continues to develop one's skills and work more deeply to gain understanding of subtle energies, aura viewing becomes a very important tool.
This article will show you a simple exercise that will allow you to start learning the process of aura viewing. Choosing good conditions in which to practice your aura viewing is important, because not only will it allow you to see the aura better but it will also help you to gain confidence about what you see.
In order to start the aura viewing exercise you'll need to have the person in question sit on a chair with their back to a clear white wall that is softly illuminated. It's important for it to be white since the background colors can cause misinterpretation. Stand back or sit in a chair facing the person whose aura you're looking at, you need to be at least a few feet away and focus your eyes about twelve to eighteen inches above the head of the individual. Maintain your eyes in a fuzzy-focused state, kind of like when you're day dreaming, when you can view persons in this manner his or her aura will suddenly appear.
Aura viewing isn't very difficult, in a nut-shell aura viewing is learning to direct the ego self to go to the back of the room so the process can work properly. Once you master the ability of aura viewing, then it becomes very simple, all you need to do is to practice if you want to develop this skill.
If you wish to see your own aura, do the same exercise but look into a mirror; this can be a bit more challenging to start with but as with anything new, the more you practice the easier it will get.
