Are you wondering if you became an internet addict? Do you feel you spend too much time in front of your PC? Well, read below and if the symptoms described fit your behavior, then you should turn off the PC once in a while.

1.How many times did you verify your e-mail today? How many times did you ask yourself if someone might've sent you an e-mail? How many times you ask someone else to let you use their computer to surf or to read your e-mail or just to see who's online on messenger?

2.How often you ask someone to send you e-mail or you ask for their messenger id just to spend the night talking in front of your PC?

3.How often do you send instant messages or e-mails to people that are standing right beside you or to neighbors in you vicinity that you see every day ?

4.Do you fell better when you see someone is sending you e-mails, rather than calling you or sending a letter?

5.Have you ever send out random emails, to unknown persons, just to see if they answer? Do you fill you messenger list with random ids, just to have a reason to talk?

6.Do you spend you weekends in front of your PC sending e-mails or talking to someone over the Internet? Do your eyes hurt from the tiring display, because you stay more than indicated in front of the pc?

7.Do you call people only to ask for their email address and then you quickly turn off the phone just to start talking with them over the internet faster?

8.Do you often write pointless things on e-mail or chat and you send them to others?
9.Does internet and chatting distract your form much more important obligations such as seeing the one you love or meeting with friends and colleagues?

10.Are you staring to lead a sedentary life, and you often find yourself in front of your PC at the end of day, doing nothing and thinking how fats the day passed?
