You also deserve to have a great home so another thing you should always be sure of is that the home has passed an inspection. This is one area that sometimes gets overlooked when there are numerous offers on a home and the owner is anxious to sell. While it can be an attractive offer to a seller, skipping an inspection is selling yourself short and may be a big regret later on. Buyer's remorse is a horrible and heartbreaking thing, the more time you take and more attention you pay to the details of a home purchase, the happier you will be when the process is over.
