I have been supporting computers and networks since the 90s. I try to stay up with IT trends and technology as much as I have time to. My industry certifications include: Cisco Systems CCNA, Microsoft MCSA for Windows 2003 Server, MCP for Windows NT and XP, and CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.
I am an Arizona Western College graduate with an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems and currently working on my Bachelors at ASU. I have a Linux Professional and Cisco Networking Certificate from Estrella Mountain College and am a member of the Cisco Academy and Alumni, and the Tech Republic.
From mid-1999 until mid-2005, I owned and operated Yuma Computer Services, which was an IT consulting business located in Yuma, Arizona. As a consultant, I supported the computer and network needs of more than 70 small and medium businesses, which included: lawyers, CPA\'s, doctors, realtors, auto dealerships, veterinarians, government offices, various service providers and others miscellaneous professionals.
My career experience also includes desktop support supervisor and help desk analyst for Northrop Grumman and network administrator for AEA Federal Credit Union. Currently, I\'m a Senior Technology Analyst for Arizona State University West Campus in the Phoenix area.
