We design and manufacture heating system per customer specification.
Our engineers are experienced in design and fabricate high performance cartridge heaters, tubular heaters, flexible heaters, temperature controllers, and power driver module.
We have our own version of proprietary, long operating life hybrid relay circuit (patented in China) and develop proprietary temperature control parameters/methods for effective temperature control for difficult operating temperature environment.
Above picture shown a customer built large surface Air-Heater which is slim and easy to install. High quality construction, sealed against moisture, suitable for environmental RH control.
We design and built jacket heaters complete with sensor, thermostat controls and wiring system. Each jacket heater can be factory life tested with Report.
Customize insulation system can be designed. We supply different insulation material type, custom shape and size to match application test piece.
