Products & Services

1. Services we provide:

Routine servicing is necessary & essential for all vehicles. Not doing so will invalidate the warranty you have and inevitably lead to problems, breakdowns and expensive repair bills..!

Every vehicle has specific service requirements that are attended to at set intervals throughout its life. The correct interval depends on what car you drive and how you drive it. Typically, for the everyday car, it’s every 10,000kms or six months (whichever comes first). However if you drive a high performance car, then an interval of 5,000kms (or six months) is more appropriate.

  1. c. Engine Overhaul

Hate to say this as much as you hate to hear it, if following symptoms appear;

  • Loud, hollow sounding knocking from the bottom of the engine,
  • Engine lack of power,
  • Engine overheat,
  • Valve leakage / compression leakage,
  • White smoke emit while vehicle stationery idling.

It may be time for an engine overhaul (top or complete overhaul). The cost will depend on what is needed. No one can tell for sure until the engine is opened up and examined. If the crankshaft is not too badly damaged, it can be re-ground and the need to replace over-sized bearings and piston rings. If it is too damaged to be repaired, it will need to be replaced.

d. Air-con Servicing & Repair.

What’s that smell?

This is not a new problem; it's been around ever since there have been air conditioners in cars. But if this is an age-old problem, why is it becoming more common? Before we can figure out how to get rid of that smell, we have to understand what's causing it. The origin of the smell is caused by fungus, bacteria and other microbes growing inside the evaporator core. The moisture-laden environment is very conducive to the growth of these organisms.

Why is it so hot?

There are many reasons why your car air conditioning in your car is no longer cold, and in the majority of cases it’s because your system is low on refrigerant. So if it’s low on gas that can easily be rectified by our technician.

But sometimes it’s more serious than that, and you may have a leak. You lose 10% to 20% refrigerant every year, so expect after 3 years or so to need an air-con re-gas, but you may also lose gas through a leak.

  1. e. Auto Transmission & Manual Gearbox Overhaul

Transmission problems fall into these common categories:

  • Delay in transmission - even after pressing on the gas, the response in the vehicle's acceleration is delayed.
  • Surging of transmission - abnormal jerking movements experienced while changing gears. As the transmission engages and disengages (especially when reverse gear is engaged), a problematic gearbox does not make a smooth transition into the changed gear, and the engine takes time to adjust to new resistance offered by the wheels. This problem is only observed at lower gears and can be fixed by checking the vacuum lines and if found damaged, replace or repair them.
  1. f. Computerised Four Wheel Alignment

A proper alignment puts the maximum tread on the road. The maximum tread improves your car’s safety and helps reduce stopping distance in extreme stopping conditions.

A proper alignment keeps the car driving straight down the road without having to compensate by turning the steering wheel to one side or the other.

A proper alignment maximizes the life of your tires. When your car is aligned correctly, the tires are not being pulled in any direction; they are running straight down the road. Tires can be eaten up by your car when the alignment is off.
