Sarang’s mission is to serve only authentic Korean food of the finest ingredients and best flavors without any artificial flavoring and added MSG.

Central to Sarang’s Seoul styles menu are mainstays, authentic Korean appetizers, stews and mains. Signature dishes include Sarang Japchae, Army Stew, Ginseng Chicken Soup, Drunken Pork (a wine-marinated pork belly, grilled and served with kimchi) and Pappa Pancakes (a cinnamon and sugar filled pancake dessert.)
