The Cafe Cartel was conceived by a famous Italian grandmother who married a Jewish Baker and together they opened a small cottage factory in the back of New York.

Missing the good thing from back home, they decided to open a small cafe producing only the finest pastries, breads and desserts.

35 years later, The Cafe Cartel bases many of their unique recipes on the outcome of their harmonious relationship.

Of all their outlets, I still prefer this East Coast Outlets. Beside chilling out, you can people watch also.

The food is not bad-- not the best but i suppose its worth it for the price and large portions.

The service is quite fast and good.
The pasta is delicious. Would come back to eat it again.
Many outlets around in singapore , Cafe Cartel's st louis pork ribs has one of the best flavour i ever tasted, at a very affordable price as well ! :)
Cafe Cartel Pte Ltd is a american styled restaurant catering to higher and middle income earners with its premium priced food. A very good item on the menu is the St louis pork ribs which are downright tasty.
