No major side effects of lipodisolve have been noted - although long-term side effects still need to be studied. Typically side effects merely include swelling and bruising. It is therefore very difficult to determine what the long term effects may be.

Lipodisolve is not safe for pregnant women, those planning on being pregnant within 6 months, breast feeding women, people with liver or kidney disease, or an autoimmune disease.
