Alex Goad and Saj P. of "4 Tier Annihilation Method", and "Affiliate Payload" fame, made a new product, The Site Rush, which is soon to be released. Since their previous projects were all huge successes, we can expect this one to have quite an impact again.
What is it about? Well, The Site Rush looks at a specific kind of online business: Website Flipping. That's a fancy name for buying websites and selling them for a profit. Saj and Alex look at it as virtual real estate.
All good and well, but is there money to be made? Let's see a few ways how website flipping can be lucrative.
Take a look around on the internet. Or even better, don't. Just think about what you know the internet for. A lot of websites are so poorly made, they can make a grown man cry. There might be some good idea behind them, but whoever made them didnt succeed to make it work.
Then we have a lot of pretty good, nice little websites that look and feel good, but they are not making any money (or very little). Someone "forgot" to turn a good website into a money making machine.
The last category are websites that are good enough, that also have good monetizing built into them, but they just don't have enough visitors to make it work. How come? Well, usually it's a matter of poorly done SEO. If people don't find the site, they don't use it.
So how can we use this information to our benefit? You have to remember that the internet is not a "fixed" place. Because it is so new, there is still lots of room to manoeuvre.
Most online markets are pretty much wide open for you, me or anyone else to enter and eventually take over with a solid website and service. It's a matter of finding that site that lacks in one of the three topics I listed above: It's poorly made, poorly monetized or the SEO is not good. If you can buy that website and improve it, you might strike gold!
Can anyone do this? Well I really doubt it to be honest. At the moment I don't fancy my chances if I tried my hand at it.
However, Saj P. and Alex Goad are VERY internet savvy people, and they claim to have developed a system that makes it possible for "the ordinary guy" (or gal) to have their website flipping business. They offer a blueprint with details on all the steps you have to take to be successful in this field.
Do I believe this? I am not a 100% sure. But I think I will check out their product, because I just can't help myself being curious. Anything internet related has my interest anyway, and to be honest.. Internet AND money related is a combination I can hardly say no to. ;) And it can be even more interesting because lots of sites offer a The Site Rush Bonus when you buy the product through them.
