And why is this good news? It's a wake up call to folks everywhere who are finally realizing that financial security has got to be a personal responsibility. People can no longer depend on an employer for a prosperous today or a secure tomorrow. Working for somebody else trading your time for a fistful of dollars is a road to nowhere. As they say, when the student is ready the teacher will appear. And the teacher does not have to be standing in front of you. The teacher can be a course, a book or a website. Your own, personal teacher is out there waiting for you to come along.

But here's the rub; you have to go out and find the teacher, they will not come looking for you.
