Christmas is the time for dreams and making wishes, but it is also the time for seeking dreams come true. Next Christmas, some of Sofia’s most successful professionals and families will be about to enter their new homes in City of Fountains – an ambitious residential complex different from everything that has been done in the city before.

City of Fountains is a real estate investment project of Karrat Group Ltd., implemented in cooperation with some of Bulgaria’s and Europe’s leading design and construction companies, as well as with the famous consultancy of Colliers International. The project will be completed in January 2009 and will give Sofia’s residents and real estate investors a new residential complex unlike anything that has been done in Bulgaria before.

The total area of the complex will be 35 230 square meters. It will consist of 750 apartments with area ranging from 45 to 200 square meters, as well as an apart hotel, recreation facilities, and office buildings. The unique features of City of Fountains that make it a desired spot for many are its excellent location, unrivalled design, and excellent amenities.

The complex is very conveniently located in Mladost 4 Residential Area, only 400 meters away from Business Park Sofia, which is the city’s biggest office complex with numerous restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, and Arena Cinema Complex. There are excellent transport connections to both the city centre and other parts of Sofia, including a metro station to be completed over the next couple of years. Apart from having easy access to the centre, City of Fountains will also benefit from the proximity of the Vitosha Mountain, which is a favourite weekend destination for skiing, hiking, and various other outdoor activities.

Besides having an excellent location, the complex will also be a spot known for its unique style and design. It is the first residential complex featuring fountains running throughout its grounds and rendering a unique atmosphere and recreation opportunity. Both the facades and the interior will be designed to stand out against the background of Sofia’s construction projects.

What appeals most to modern property seekers are probably the unrivalled amenities that City of Fountains has to offer. These include a large fitness and Spa centre, a swimming pool to be open in summer and covered in winter, a big shopping centre, an on-site kindergarten, as well as various restaurants and cafes. They have been specifically selected to suit the lifestyle of today’s modern families and business people looking for a new home or an excellent investment opportunity.
