Principle One: It all depends on you. Lots of ?wanna-be? millionaires get sucked into online Multi-Level schemes, no money down infomercials, and Internet marketing ploys. These opportunities are not really opportunities. They saturate the market, come too late for you to make big money, and are for down on their luck suckers. At the end of the day, your attitude, behaviors, education, network, and ability to create your own opportunities is what will generate wealth for you.

Principle Two: You need to be able to offer value to others, and communicate your value in a way that compels them to want to help you succeed. Millionaires help others achieve their goals, whether that goal is getting rich, staying healthy, feeling younger, looking better, having more time, or something else. Becoming a millionaire begins by having real value to offer others. Fortunately, there are many ways that anyone can offer value, if they have the right training.

Principle Three: You need to know how to create and evaluate opportunities. Too many wanna-be millionaires make poor decisions when it comes to using their own money on deals, or on chasing opportunities that make no sense. You have to know how to evaluate your upside potential and downside risk, and then take appropriate steps to minimize your downside.

Principle Four: You need a power base of top tier people that can help you succeed. Millionaires understand that our network is the currency that matters most today. You need to grow a network of valuable people, help them succeed, and utilize their talents to help you in turn. Everyone should be one call away from at least five multi-millionaires.

Principle Five: It all starts with disciplined action. Anyone can become a millionaire within five years ? if they take the right actions and follow the principles above. But too many people give up too easily, or would rather have the knowledge than actually get in the game and do anything to generate success. You can't win if you don't play!
