We provide a comprehensive range of general medical that spans the age group from the new-born to the elderly.

Acute care medicine include the usual could and colds.

Chronic care such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol.

Acute surgical care such as cuts and superficial burns

Operations for moles, small lumps and bumps, skin tags

Antenatal care of pregnant ladies or expectant mothers.

Ultrasound scans to determine the dating of pregnancy and growth of baby are available.

I'm the employer of my Filipino maid, Rebecca Bautista Perez and I've always sent her to EverHealth Clinic at Hougang for her routine medical check up. Rebecca recent check in late June was a comprehensive one which includes all requirements stated by Ministry of Manpower, added on with HIV check and also X-ray done at the clinic assigned at Ang MoKio. However, todate, we have not received any medical report despite being calling up the clinic for at least 2 times and staff on duty just said will deliver soon. My instructions to the clinic have been no change and I actually paid for the service to authorise the clinic to send the final report to MOM on my behalf, and I need a copy in text and non text via email of medical report for my own reference. Relevant email address had been noted by your staff too. I don't understand why we're are still waiting for the report with no reply from your clinic and I decided to put it in black and white for who ever administrator in charge to deal with it as soon as possible, please.
