Took two hours to get through the lines to pay and schedule delivery. They promised to deliver the goods between 1-4pm. They called me at 4pm to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it until 4:30pm, which then conflicted with another appointment I had. So I asked them to change the delivery, which they agreed to do... and then hit me with a surprise $35 rescheduling charge, which they had failed to mention when I first arranged the rescheduling.

I've been to about 50 countries, and this IKEA offered me some of the worst customer service I have experienced in the world.
