 Baby Back Ribs
One of our signature dish. We choose the best part of meat, pork loin ribs, which is more tender and have less fat. Our chefs intent on investigating every facet of the produce that comes to his kitchen. Our pork ribs are brine with BBQ sauce, coke, and garlic to give out it a more tangy taste, and braised in the oven with our marination for the meat to give out a more juicy taste. It is then broiled to the extend that the meat is ready to fall off the bone. This attribute makes eating baby back ribs messy and a lot of fun!  Pasta
Ours is the best pasta you will find anywhere. We used Italy's No.1 with the finest extra virgin olive oil. Our choices of pasta are Lingunie and Spaghetti. Pasta works best with oil- or tomato- based sauces, which are thinner and allow the sauce to cling to the pasta. For the cream based lovers, do not be disheartened! Our in house cream based pasta will not leave you feeling bloated! We modified our cream based pasta to such that it goes just nice to your stomache.
