Terry Daniel is an irresponsible and very unprofessional guy. He rent a small office unit from us. When contacting him after we found out that he hasn't been paying his rent, he sent email to his staff to settle. The staff and he just gave an empty promise. Didn't settle and he even blocked our calls. Now uncontactable. Leaving all his stuffs in his unit. If we sell, also nothing valuable, can't even cover his 4-month rents. Hope he gets his karma.
