We have transform an old 3 room HDB flat in it a posh and stylish apartment and is going to be on the January Up and coming Square room magazine .

As a designer I work very closely with my owner to understand what he really want and look in to his point of view and make it happen .

Resort at home, as I calls it, it a totally chic, vogue ultra-modern. though not big on space, as a designer I transformed this 3 room HDB flat in to an apartment that's definitely big on something else - creative ,space planning ,lifestyle ..........

The concept has a mix of natural wood with glass and black stone top that why I call it contemporary but yet have a resort style .

This exuberant concoction gave off a welcoming setting to the home ,without compromising the visual provocations. As the owner entertains often ,it is only logical to have a clutter-free living area that fits a 2.8m L-sharp sofa ,leaving lots of loos space for throw pillows.

The contemporary kitchen Is actually the key feature. by removing the storeroom, an open kitchen is achieved and it is get more space to include a utility and close door laundry area at the small yard area as I call it ,leading to the common bathroom .Despite having an open concept, the wooden sliding door ,with its keep the odors away when the owner's busy cooking up a stone . Apart from that, clear glass was use to allow visual space and nature light to make their way .

One of the main concern was to have a larger master bathroom .apart of the kitchen space was taken over resulting in the size of the master bathroom instantly doubled. Guess it's time to go home

What next? I am now working on a unite now my theme is Thai contemporary style of living and. I am looking forward to do up a monochromatic New York style apartment too.
