Guide to Skill Learning for an Eve Character

By: Anne Tide

No class-based or leveling systems are to be found in the case of Eve Online. Extensive skill systems are to be provided to every player in order to create his own character that will embody all his choices. In another game, a star wars galaxies account may have a useful tutorial that can be used in order to choose the skills that will be characterize every virtual player and character. Every player may actually choose from a wide variety of skills in order to provide his character with the best qualities that may help him gain the necessary experience or win the game. Five levels are to be found when it comes to every skill that is presented by the star wars galaxies account; the sub-levels are also likely to be here in order to create a future eve character.

Every eve character will start with the skills that have been chosen during the creation process; skill-training kits can be added to the initial character in order to make her evaluate during the entire game. These kits are usually sold as a sort of commodity and they will be rigged to every character in a neutral manner; the kits vary a great deal, both in their availability and prices. Once the player has learned the necessary skill, he will not be able to unlearn it. This is not a reversible process but the player doest not have to forget about this skill that was built in it. The amount of these skills is quite unlimited; the skill points are unlimited too when it comes to all the qualities an eve character can develop during the game.

The player has to be aware that there is skill advancement involved during the entire game; character advancement may be accomplished through the constant activation of all the skill training kits. The activation time that can be required in every case will be measured according to the real time; the training will continue regardless of the fact that the player is connected to the game or not. The training time may also vary; it may range from several hours to several days because this time will highly depend on the complexity and type of the skill that is going to be learned.

Only one skill can be trained at a particular time; only one character can be trained when it comes to a single star wars galaxies account. The elapsed time that is related to this training period will be monitored and it will be displayed on the character sheet every time you access that particular account. You may even choose to purchase the skill packs by using the market; their availability and costs will vary because they depend on the existent supplies and current demands.

The player should not think about obtaining all the possible skills; this is virtually impossible. No eve character is likely to be fully trained when it comes to all the possible skills. The likelihood of this to happen is virtually zero; this possibility will not transform itself into reality in an easy manner. This result is very difficult to achieve; for instance, the player should be fully aware that advancing one skill may take some time in order for the character to gain the necessary experience. In time, additional features will be introduced to every skill and the character will be able to reach higher levels too.

The skills of every character may affect the game play; these skills have a particular number of functions when it comes to every character that "lives" in the star wars galaxies account. They are likely to dictate all the types of weapons, ships and equipment the character will use during the entire game. These skills can also influence the efficiency of every character; this efficiency will be related to the way every character is able to use its equipment in order to evaluate. There are several skills that can give every character the required access to the highly specialized levels and options that belong to the game scheme. These skills may range from the advanced ones that are related to the constant search for improved weapons to the ones that are mainly concerned with managing different corporations and factories.

The player has to pay attention to another condition that is mainly related to the possibility of having his eve character killed in an accident; the character will not die immediately. It will be encased in a sort of capsule that is commonly called "pod"' this capsule has to reach the safety system in order for the character to keep his life. But if the capsule is destroyed on its way there, the character will die and its clone will be reactivated in order to continue the game. Being shot down during a game fight will not necessarily result in the immediate death of your character. The character will be tucked away inside a special pod and it will be nestled into one of the available ships.
