Computers and Men

By: Jesse Miller

It is believed that men have the upper hand when it comes to dealing with computers. This is somewhat true, but that doesn't mean that women can't do the same job as them.

Men have the tendency to be more inquisitive and try to find out as much as possible about computers and the programs that they use. How many times have you ever heard of a woman trying to figure out how the hard disk is plugged in or how the processors cooling unit works? For them, as long as it works there is no need to bother ourselves with details.

A man is able to learn and acquire dexterity when using programs, faster than women. This is because the fact that woman is more dependent of the programs that it uses. They never try to find out about the latest versions of software or how new and improved software, that offer more options, can help her with her work. Making the job easier is not actually a top priority for women.

Men try to find new ways to make the job seem a lot easier with as less effort as possible. You will never see a man trying to get a job done ahead of schedule. They will always get an extended time in which they will probably finish it. Computers and men have a very different bond apart from women and computers. Men will always use computers to better satisfy their personal needs. These include computer games, movies and music, along with other recreational activities that only a man could invent.
