By: Alex Vrytre

The organization of economic cooperation and development considers, that the increase in popularity the Internet-telephony will lead to that incomes of operators of communication and ground telephone systems will be reduced. In the countries entering into this organization, quantity of traditional telephone systems the first time has decreased in 203 year when they were pressed by operators of cellular communication.

During 2004 and 2005 this tendency has proceeded, but it is improbable, that it will be prolonged long. Experts expect, that the growing (or " a voice on the Internet ") will cause significant falling incomes not only in the usual telephone companies, but also at operators of cellular communication. It is counted up, that in the countries of the Organization of economic cooperation and those developments who used free-of-charge programs for calls on the Internet, have saved 80 % of money in comparison with subscribers of the traditional telephone companies. However, it yet has not concerned cellular communication.
