Tips for Better Hurdling

By: prasannamoorthy

The chief aim of better hurdling is the achievement of maximal pace and continuation, along with minimizing deceleration when running over barriers.

To develop the task of better acceleration, the athlete must progress her speed/strength abilities. Sprint pace affects the results achieved over the first 3-5 hurdles more than does excellence of method and therefore considering the lack of important difference in hurdling method for world class hurdlers, it views that the better sprinters would certainly have an benefit over the first part of the race.

This does not mean that a sprint hurdler technique could be ignored.

The technique/speed relationship for the first half of the distance could be revealed through the ratio 40% to 60%, with method being accountable for 40% of the results.

However, method assumes a better part of conscientiousness for success during the second half of the race, with the practice/speed patience relationship expressed through the ratio 50/50.
