If you are a bit experimental, naughty and playful in bed, you will burn even more calories.

Therefore if you are having a healthy intimate life for five to six times a week, there is a fair chance that you might be attaining an enviable physique. And this applies to both the partners. This doesnt mean that you should force your partner into forced love making. When it's unwillingly, it can become as distasteful as it is lovely when had willingly.
