Richard joined TallyGenicom in 1989, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience. Richard previously worked for five years as a systems engineer at Digital Equipment and six years as a pre-sales applications engineer at Facit Limited. Richard is currently Product Marketing Manager of TallyGenicom’s Impact and Special applications products in EMEA. As such, Richard has extensive input into the product design and requirement of this important part of TallyGenicom’s overall printer portfolio. He is in charge of the introduction of new products into EMEA, ensuring that they meet the market criteria over their life cycle, and adhere to TallyGenicom’s strict quality criteria. In addition, Richard works closely with the sales channels to maximise sales in his region and is instrumental in producing suitable materials and data sheets for outgoing marketing communications.
