- All charges are subjected to site condition and location
- Topping up of freon gas and chemical overhaul will be charged separately
- Payment has to be made and collected by cash or cheque upon completion on site.
- Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Projman Pte Ltd".
- Rates quoted do not include part replacements and repair works.

SCOPE OF WORK
To troubleshoot and report on the fault of the air-conditioning system and recommend the most cost-effective solution. We shall replace the faulty parts on the spot if possible or at the soonest at your convenience.

WARRANTY : 90 days
The fast and non-abrasive treatment that kills germs, bacterial and bugs trapped in the airconditioner. The highly heated steam softens the grease that binds dirt onto the evaporator coil. The dirt particles are dislodged and wiped away, leaving the coil completely sanitized.
