My friends and I went to check out this new dessert buffet restaurant at Bugis after much media publicity. It is a new Japanese buffet concept brought in by Japan Foods Holding Ltd, which also runs Ajisen Ramen, Manpuku, Botejyu, Fruit Paradis and AOBA. The restaurant is divided into two main sections, one for desserts and the other for savory items. Each table is given a time limit of 60 minutes for lunch and 80 minutes for dinner to complete their meal. There was a timer counting down and the alarm will sound when your time is up. It was rather stressful looking at the timer counting down so we turned it around. As we are rather hungry, we started with the savory section first. The food was generally good across the board. The fried chicken and omelette were my favourite. Over at the dessert counter, there were a colorful display of mousse, jellies, puff and cakes but way short of the 40 over varieties of desserts they said they served. Of what they were serving, some were even sold out. The cakes were my favourite among the desserts. The mousse were nice too. However, the jellies were bland. Overall, we did not get the sugar rush experience and we stopped at only one round of desserts.
We went ‘Let’s Sweet’ previously, decided to try it as it looks interesting. They have removed the time limit and now everyone can eat with no worries about hearing the alarm ring. Not much varities of food there and all the food were very limited. The sweets there don’t taste very special, even though their restuarant name is ‘Let’s Sweet’ but they still serve main dishes. There are soups, pizzas, rice & pasta. Potato Salad taste not bad. Don’t really encourage you if you would like to have more variety of foods & sweets. Their prices is consider quite high.Spending: Approximately SGD 20
It’s terrible.... limited in choice. Low is quality. High in price. There’s just a few choice for hot dishes. Some noodles and spaghetti with a couple of karage chicken. Dessert range wasn’t as expected only a display fridge of a mixture of cakes and jelly and a crepe section. Drinks is like those you see in fast food restaurant. Very disappointing! Not recommended!Spending: Approximately SGD 17
Met up with some of my ex classmates and we went to Let\'s sweet Japanese buffet and sweet for our lunch. There were lots of food varieties ranging from pasta to rice to pizza to bread to cakes and pastry to desserts. The food were really delicious and i would recommend everybody to have a try at let\'s sweet.
my friends introduced me to this place a few of us chose their crepes the crepes looks really nice! and we order vanilia ice cream.. one was plainly with chocolate sauce while another was with banana slices both are really nice =) hope to try others as well another time
Wanted to try sth different after shopping, so happen to chance upon this new Jap buffet restaurant. The staff were friendly enough to let us in to look at what food is available for today\'s menu. First impression. Ticked. Anyway, we decided for this as we r only paying for about SGD$20 for a buffet dinner which is rather reasonable for the wide spread of food. The only bad of it is, the dishes keep on changing, while i was on my way to take my desserts, the staff brought out "more delicious looking" food but sadly im already very 75% full. But it can be something good for big eaters looking for lots of variety. And there is also a time limit of 80mins to finish ur food, I dont know what will happen if u exceed the time limit. The desserts were refreshing as you wont feel "sick" after gulping down plates of cream and sweet stuff. All in all, im rather satisfied with the service, food and variety.
I brought my girlfriend to Let’s sweet for some delicious Japanese desserts. It was kind of stressful having the clock countdown the time we have left for the desserts. But the desserts were good, though a little sweet. nevertheless, I really adore the desserts there.
i would said really disappointed ,is the worst buffet that i ever tried before i went down,i viewed the website & visit some blog for review,so decided to give ita try ,onced seated they put a clock on the table As i went for dinner so was quite crowded the curry was not bad,for meal,there\'s only rice, pasta the rest all dessert & mini burger, bread their dessert just so so &i don\'t think it worth the price, each time can only get 5items for crepes only can get 1 each time i don\'t recommend & won\'t go back again,as i can\'t stand a clock beside me,it\'s like rushing us to finish our foodSpending: Approximately SGD 23(Dinner)
This is a crepe with banana, chocolate and ice cream that i tried at Lets sweet buffet. The crepe is very soft and nice. The vanilla ice cream is just normal without any surprise. Overall combination of this is dessert is just okay, not really impressive. I think i can probably try to make this dessert at home.
BEST place for DESERT and Jap food lovers The Pizza is the BEST pizza i\'ve ever eaten. cannot compare with pizza hut or canadian. the sauce of the Pizza its wonderful. they even have takopachi pizza. I swept the dessert bar like nobody\'s business! I LOVE this restaurant and its Value for money.Spending: Approximately SGD 20
