It's a great place to dine! Nuoc is a Vietnamese restaurant located at Orchard Central that serves delicate meal that will satisfy every ones appetite. Donâ??t miss signature dishes like fresh-made spring rolls and clams stewed in lemongrass-scented coconut juice.

Had a lovely experience dining in NUOC last evening. The spring roll was generous and packed with fresh vegetables, slice prawns, spring onions..etc. The sauce that goes with the rolls were awesome! The beef pho was light and the broth not too heavy. A delicate meal. The marinated chicken had a hint of lemon grass... though I think the meat could have been marinated longer for the taste to be absorbed into the meat. The fried sticky rice was unique and rather light (considering that it was fried).

This lovely vietnamese resto is located at the very top of orchard central. Delicious food, great view! Must try the fresh spring rolls. Plus service is great.
