On a regular diving trip off the shores of Desaru, Malaysia, Chef Dee caught a lobster and decided to cook it for his dinner. Being on an isolated beach, as he could only get some rice from the locals, he decided to make porridge using just seawater and the lobster. The fresh sea flavors of the lobster blended in well with the simple porridge. Back home, Chef Dee continued experimenting in his kitchen for days and finally came up with the perfect formula... The Orange Lobster's Signature Porridge.

Fabulous Chinese cuisine restaurant. Their famous dish is the lobster and also the crab. The lobster are those small sizes, not like Boston lobster. However the sweetness of the lobster just make you unforgettable. Do try them out, you won't regret.

The foods here at The Orange Lobster are pretty good, seems like that are quite some people going here to buy their food. After seeing it, when to brought some to try it out and it's quite good. Definitely can come here to buy something to eat.

It seems everyone is crazy abt this porridge lobster but to my opinion its normal, just a small portion of lobster cook in teochew porridge style where they put the rice inside the soup.

must try porridge lobster soup ..very nice , the bowl looks big but just nice for 1 person
The porridge soup is good but not worth it,$29.90 1 free 1,1 big bowl of porridge only half pc of lobster(not much meat), it should at least one lobster.
the interior of the restaurant look quite classy the potion look quite a lot but the amount of rice inside is just nice for 1 person<$29.90 for just 1 person,abit heartpain> it look a bit look watery ,but quite tasty lobster meat was tender & sweet but inside there\'s some small shell so got to be careful when eating Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Lunch)
