A Weight Loss Tip

Trying to get rid of my pregnancy pounds after my last child's birth, I discovered something that really boosted my weight loss. I wish I realized this years ago, I would never have had to force myself through those exhausting and boring diets. Well, better late than ever.

Well guys, it's not any secret formula and it's not rocket science, but it works: Walking! It started when a friend of mine got a pair of Mbt shoes. I have never heard about these shoes before, but when I did some research on them, I found that they where also called Cellulite Shoes, or Masai Shoes. It's a specially designed pair of trainers (you can have them in casuals or sandals as well), that firms and tones your body. They where designed to cure back pain and for rehabilitation for sportsmen and athletes, but it soon showed that they had other benefits as well. They toned and firmed legs, buttocks, thighs and stomach muscles, and improved your posture as well. They quickly became a popular training device among people, not at least by the Hollywood celebs, they have been worn by everyone from the cast of Dr Grays Anatomy to Madonna.

Well, anyway, my friend started to walk with these and couldn't stop praising them. So I decided to give them a try. I walked with them for a month, at the same time deciding that I will walk half an extra hour a day. I fitted those extra 30 minutes in when ever I had the opportunity during the day. Sometimes all in once, sometimes by walking 10 minutes at lunch, and got off the bus two stops earlier on my way from work, to walk the last twenty minutes. I developed a way to fit those extra thirty minutes in when ever I could, and it soon became a habit I couldn't be without. Always with the shoes. And, after a month, I did the valuation by getting up on the scale. And guess what? I had lost six and a half pounds! Without doing anything, not dieting, no workouts, just walking with those shoes, half an hour a day. I was amazed! And in the mirror I could surely see the cellulite shoes doing what they where supposed to. I was much more toned and had lost a lot of those bumps on my thighs.

It doesn't have to be harder than that. Some extra walking a day with a pair of Mbt's and you will lose weight.
