Wong Chiew’s Kampong Bucket Chicken is truly unique from a culinary perspective! This is because the dish is not native to Singapore’s shores! In fact, the Kampong Bucket Chicken was introduced to Wong Chiew’s menu to pay tribute to the owners’ Hakka-family roots. Till today, Wong Chiew’s Kampong Bucket Chicken’s exact recipe remains a closely guarded family secret. But from what we heard, the Chicken’s amazing taste and aroma comes from its special Herbal Broth marinade.

Steamed Prawn Dumpling Ha Kau had a thin, mildly chewy skin which complemented the fresh juicy prawns inside.
