I then go back to google yet again and do this type of search like this below running the term all in one line. intitle:"In-- Mar-- Help" inanchor:"Int-- Mark-- Help". which was something like 192 and the rule is to stay under 100 searches of this type. Now I'm pretty much ready to start righting my article. You wouldn't write it like I have it above but To keep from being spamed by the search engine I did it that way because I had already used the term less than 50 words ago.
