When you are buying a Phillips wall bracket for your plasma or LCD Television, know that there are just a few things you need to bare in mind; first of all the size of the bracket has to correspond to the TV size. It can be slightly bigger, that's not really a problem, but it can't be smaller than it needs to. These are just a few of the options you have when you want a beautiful TV to mount onto your wall.
Once you have the wall mounts that fit your TV, get the studs in the wall where you want the TV to hang. The important thing to remember here is that the screws mounting the television to the wall shouldn't just be into the wallboard of the stud, but the solid wood part. Find the exact centre of the stud and mark it lightly on the wall with pencil. The distance between the screw holes need to be vertically measured. When you know how high you want the TV, use the pencil again to mark where each screw needs to be.

Once the TV is securely on the wall and you are happy with its positioning and everything, just double check its stability. Make sure it is properly stable and secure on the wall and you think it will hold for a long time.
