Over 20 years ago, Mr. Han opened a small eating house, a simple place for people to come together and enjoy the Northern Chinese classics that he loved to make. Singapore born and bred, Mr. Han tweaked these recipes to suit the local palate, until he ended up with a slim and trim menu of delicious dumplings, noodles and sweets. Serving what many of those in the know consider the island's best Xiao Long Bao, the shop's historic Neil Road location now regularly sees eager lines of diners forming outside.

Authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant. All the dishes are ShangHai style. Always full of people as the dim sum is very unique and taste very nice. Always full of people during weekend, as many Chinese family love to enjoy breakfast here. Price is reasonable. Do try them out, you won't regret.
Must try the Xiao Long Bao and Zha Jiang Noodles which they are proud of. As for their pancake which is thin and crispy i prefer the Crispy Red Bean Pancake, Osmanthus Flavoured Glutinous Rice Balls and Rose Flavoured Glutinous Rice Balls are not to be missed too. These items can be found on their eat all you can menu.
Give a try the All-You-Can-Eat Shanghai local delicacies with free flow of drinks at Jing Hua Restaurant. Especially their little juicy steamed meat dumplings which are delicious.
Damn so like the Gyoza with Pork and Seafood at Jing Hua. Crispy and yummy ! and their Handmade Steamed Vegetable Dumplings also not bad.
Jing Hua is opening a Rocher Road outlet with its all star cast of favourites - Xiao Long Bao, Gyoza, Zha Jiang Noodles, Cheese Pizza, Sweet Osmanthus Rice Ball Soup and many more - Straight from the historic Neil Road home!
Their A5 size menu that dont have a lot items to offer BUT who care...as long as what is available were delicious and good. Expect long Q during the weekends.
The xiao long bao with very soft meat and filled with delicious juice.
The food is wonderful, their zha jiang mian is quite amazing!
