A reasonable pricing Japanese Buffet located at the middle of Singapore. Make damn sure you come here with a total empty stomach or else you won't be able to taste each one of the foods here. Nice environment to hang around with friend while tasting delicious foods!

It has shifted from its original place at Heeren to Orchard Central just barely a month ago and I eagerly waiting to try it out at its new location. The food types remains unchanged, with different sections available. The dinner buffet probably has more offerings than the lunch. I had the lunch buffet and there is the salad section, japanese cold noodles section, teppanyaki section, pizza/pasta section, sashimi section, sushi section, hotpot section, tempura section, dessert section and drinks! As you can imagine there is really a wide variety and the food is pretty good as well! I love the sashimi cuts of fatty salmon which are fresh and firm to the bite. Other of my favourite stuff are the tempura prawns which are sweet and crunchy. There is even the spicy tempura version, but I stuck with the normal once because the spicy one is more saltish than spicy. Not forgetting the chawanmushi which is also one of my favourites with the silky smooth custard. The pizza is also worth trying, but be sure to take it when you see the chef dishing it out on the plate, because a warm pizza is definitely more delicious than a cold pizza. The desserts are also quite substantial, though I was hoping there could be more varities because some of the better desserts are not replenished. The tofu cheesecake that I had was delicious and I am glad I took two becuase I don\'t see it again after that when I went for my second round. With the affordable price tag of $19.90++ for weekday lunch, it is definitely worth a visit.
The Japanese Buffet at Kiseki Japanese Restaurant is really interesting and lots of choices to choose from. The restaurant is quite spacious and cold, and the counter staffs are friendly and approachable. There is free flow of salmon sashimi, chawanmushi, teppanyaki, ramen etc. all the Japanese favourite cuisine in Singapore, you named it, they have it. Desserts and ice cream are also available. It is totally an eat-to-your-content if you are a Jap food lover!
Do you love to eat Japanses Cuisine? Head down to Kiseki Japanese Buffet Resturant as it provides freshly Salmon and Awesome food. They have timing for Lunch (11.30 am - 3pm) and Dinner (6pm - 10.30pm) at different prices whch I feel that it was still quite affordable. Together with my friends, we dined in for our dinner during Weekdays and costed us about $31.80 ++. There are different counters to allow customers to pick their choice to eat which include Teppanyaki, Sushi, Handroll Sushi, Omelette, Salad, Desserts and more for you to find out (: I loved the evironment of this restaurant as if you are on the vibrant streets in Japan. Other than that , there is an area with cosy sofa seating and a mini playground where young children too
I was there for dinner on a Tuesday night with my boyfriend and his friend. It wasn\'t crowded at all, probably because The Heeren was undergoing some renovation. It was priced at $30 plus per pax for adult. A little pricey but was worth the money. There is free flow of salmon sashimi, chawanmushi, teppanyaki, ramen etc. all the Japanese favourite cuisine in Singapore, you named it, they have it. Desserts and ice cream are also available. It is totally an eat-to-your-content if you are a Jap food lover! Spending: Approximately SGD 40
The Japanese Buffet at Kiseki Japanese Restaurant is really interesting and lots of choices to choose from. The restaurant is quite spacious and cold, and the counter staffs are friendly and approachable.Like to eat their raw salmon alot as they are thick in size and also very fresh and chewy.Other cooked Japanese food on their buffet menu are equally good as well such as the udon noodle soup, cold spinach and marinated mini octopus.Me and my family members have an enjoyable meal and we believe you will also agreed too if you visit this restaurant one of these days.Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Lunch)
a group of us booked this place for lunch they have quite a variety.. these are just a few of them.. the overall desserts .. the best i would recommend is their ice cream.. and these few cakes taste not bad.. perhaps you should try their waffle with ice cream too.. as my friend too recommended it as for western grill.. the chicken.. mushroom and squid were good.. overall experience good
On 1st February 2012 I went with my clique of classmates to celebrate my boyfriend\'s birthday! We had a group of 10 people there therefore i have make a reservation phone call to the restaurant first. Initially i know of this restaurant through words of mouth that it was good! And i went to look at its facebook website - https://www.facebook.com/kisekirestaurantref=ts and it\'s offical website -http://kisekirestaurant.com.sg/buffet.html Look through the prices that can be found there, it was reasonable and i gave a call to 67361216. Booked 10 seaters at 6pm, gave 15 mins allowance. It is at Heeren Basement near Somersert MRT Station. Concept is - A lifestyle at Japanese place to indulge in ! Look at the amount of food taken by my friends! hahah! Because it\'s BUFFET!And have a closer look at some of the food haha! * Mouth Savory Not to forget, all these are free-flow!!!Personally, i like fresh seafood, so i took alot of these and finished them all! - Abalone slices - Octopus - Scallop THEY\'RE FRESH!, Don\'t believe me Try it!Last but not least, A peek of the Birthday Cake over here!HAHA! Isn\'t it cute and this can be found over at the dessert section, there are even more choices of dessert like Waffles, Chocolate Fondue with different flavors of Ice cream. Chocolate, Black Sesame, Vanilla, Green Tea! You can just make your own version of cake! & you saved $$ getting cake! Lastly, Birthday boy and Me! We really enjoyed our day over there, worth the $$!It\'s really a great place where big group of friends can hang out for lunch, dinner buffet or ala carte, because there is sufficient place provided you made reservation! (: Spending: Approximately SGD 37(Dinner)
a group of us went to this place for dinner there was quite a number of variety these are some of the dishes we had.. rosti... which was rather tasty japanese tempuras ..is much better than some of the other buffet type i tried...a variety of fried food.. dumpling.. crab craws.. so on and forth overall not bad
Had Japanese buffet at Kiseki with friends after saw the good reviews at Openrice. I did enjoyed having my sumptuous buffet here, the ambience and service of the restaurant is also good.First we had some starter. I just take a bit each to taste the food coz I scared that my stomach will be full before dessert! Salad is fresh, the potato salad a bit hard, all the cool dish are nice, and seafood is fresh.Nice buffet afterall (=
Near the entrance of the restaurant, you can see about 8 - 10 different stalls serving all kinds of Japanese street food range from Sushi, Sashimi, Cold Appetiser, Seafood, Tempura, Pizza, Soba, Teppanyaki and etc.ChawanmushiRamenappetizers My first impresssion that the ambience is very relaxing . Food was good, price also reasonable. One more thing, they also have a play area for kids, next round can bring my niece there.
My sister treated the family to kiseki Japanese buffet. It was indeed a Japanese buffet, most of the spread is Japanese food. I love the sushi, they are very generous with the ingredients. The sashimi is really good, very fresh it melts in your mouth. I love the salad and seafood counters, everything was so fresh. The salad are so fresh and crisp. The dressing is so tasty. The seafood is so fresh, you can just eat it without any sauce or what. The dessert counter is another of my favourite haunt. It is not too sweet, really yummy!
Went to Kiseki after watching their advertisment that says it has about 200 kinds of buffet spreads. At basement of Hereen, it is easy to find as you can see the only big sumo and the decorated japanese entrance and the name spells out big and loud too. Upon entrance you can see the first counter on your right is the sashimi and sushi, next salad and cold dishes like prawns, mussels etc... Overall for me i would say it is a normal Japanese buffet restaurant with normal different speads except that over here they serve very nice tofu cheesecake that you cant find elsewhere and the price is reasonable at slightly less than $40 nett for weekends and Phublic holidays dinner. Sittings are very comfortable too as they have this round sofa seats and a children playthings.
The much talked about Japanese buffet restaurant in Orchard Road offers a whopping spread of more than 200 items, including sashimi, Sri Lankan Blue Swimmer crabs, ribeye steak, grilled salmon belly, teppanyaki, tempura, sukiyaki, shabu shabu and a good choice of desserts. It\'s an All-You-Can-Eat Japanese restaurant that definitely gives you the value for money. A must-try is their tofu cheesecake. It\'s definetely worth it! Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Lunch)
Had Japanese buffet at Kiseki with friends after saw the good reviews at Openrice. Thought it would be approx $23 but it come out to be $32! Then only i realize it was eve PH on the day i visited. Anyway, I did enjoyed having my sumptuous buffet here, the ambience and service of the restaurant is also good.First we had some starter. I just take a bit each to taste the food coz I scared that my stomach will be full before dessert! Salad is fresh, the potato salad a bit hard, all the cool dish are nice, and seafood is fresh. We also took some fried rice and it tasted nice! The mini hotpot is okay with the veggies and assorted stuffs (pork/prawn) and sweet nice broth. The soup of the day is also not bad. Tempura is okay, I\'d prefer more if they were hot served, a bit oily also.Shared a bowl of ramen with friends coz I really cant take too much carbo when having buffet. The soup and ramen were great! Tasty and spongy! The tempura prawn was crispy and chewy, best dipped into the Japanese curry, to cover up the oiliness. The salmon is also very fresh. I like the small cute tofu, with some miso paste on top. The skewers were okay, but I\'d prefer if they were hot served, not very nice coz they were cold.Sashimi !! All are fresh and thick cut. Salmon (seasoned or not), tuna, abalone, octopus, etc.. I grabbed a lot X)Assorted Sushi..The best: Blue swimmer crab! The crab is so fresh and sweet, very tasty even only ate plainly. Best thing to eat here!Dessert is also very nice, the tofu cheese cake is as recommended -- NICE! Others such as chocolate cake, yogurt, puddings, and gelato are great ! I always have another stomach for dessert (Y)Nice buffet afterall (= Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Lunch)
yakitori well-marinated in the teppanyaki stall. Awesome! very fragrant and meat was succulent.some appetizer. Large variety of choices of good quality.Sashimi was my favourite!! And the sashimi here were fresh! of coz i\'m going to take more and more as this is buffet!! =PIcecream!More and more dessert!! The tofy cheese cake was recommended so i grab it before it finished. NICE! smooth and strong cream cheese flavour!! Had great time dining here with friends! oppps i\'m gonna visit very very soon!! Spending: Approximately SGD 25(Dinner)
Super Value buffet can be found here.Very wide range of cold and hot japanese dishes to choose from and many types of desserts are available under their buffet spread too!The environment is nice and big, best for gathering and family outing. Moreover the price offer here is very reasonable which will definitely attract your attention. Two thumbs up!My verdict: 7/10Spending: Approximately SGD 25(Other)
This is really a value for money buffet. There are many stalls preparing different kinds of food ranging from sushi&sashimi, hotpot, pizzas, pasta, egg omelete, fried stuff, appetizers, desserts etc. The drinks are also free flow. The best part of the buffet is having unlimited servings of sashimi and the tempuras. I love the crunchy prawns hiding behind the cripsy batter. Also, be sure to try their tofu cheesecake and some other cakes which they have and do not replenish! For a weekday lunch, it is $19.80++ for adults which works out to slightly more than $23 after GST and service charge. Recommended!
I was really craving for sashimi when i went for this buffet, and, the salmon sashimi is great! Fresh andsweet. I was enjoying the sashimi so much that i forgot about taking pictures of it. The crab too was great! And i had a lot of it. Didnt really enjoy the mussel though. They have a wide variety of food, which is really worth the money. The rosti is good too with the sour cream, just slightly oily. The omelette is sweet, just that those on Tamagoyaki sushi and i loved it! The grilled stuffs are fantastic too, especially the prawns. The teriyaki chicken was well flavored and tasty. A must try here is the tofu cheesecake. Rich cream cheese and yet soft like tofu. Grab before they are gone! I wanted to go for a third round of it, and there are gone. And the strawberry mousse, it tasted like a richer version of strawberry yogurt! Nice. A must not try is their cream puff. No words to describe, just don\'t try. Service was fast. The server would come and clear the plates immediately after i was finished with it. And the seats were wide and comfy. I would most definitely come back to this place again.
I went to Kiseki for their lunch buffet & it was really affordable.I paid about $23 including gst & service charge. I had heard many great reviews prior to this visit & I was really excited. The variety was great. Food items ranges from teppenyaki, potato rosti, sushi, sashimi, japanese curry, noodles, omelette, grilled items as well. Dessert there are cakes, ice creams with waffles as well as a mini fondue. One thing that I do not like about the fondue is the fruit items that were used to match the fondue. Really mini marshmallows were given which made it really hard for customers to put it onto the satay stick. The usual fruit choices of strawberries was not seen during my visit. Instead they had chestnut which I find it to be peculiar as a match to fondue. The sashimi was fresh.I ate plenty of it.It has mussels, prawns & CRABS.The crabs were really fresh & sweet. I love the potato rosti as well.We ordered the pasta but it wasn\'t fasinating. There wasnt much variety when comes to sushi. Customer service was great! We were served promptly & the chefs were really friendly. Will definitely go back again when I crave for Japanese Food. Spending: Approximately SGD 23(Lunch)
I went to this buffet due to i saw some good review in open rice, then i just go and got a try. Price is just ok, taste not good, some of food not even up to standard for myself. Overall, i dont think it is good for me but sure better than sakura group buffet. Keep it simple, i dont back and have dinner again Spending: Approximately SGD 39(Dinner)
